The First Brew – ‘LFB’

Was a long day, but at 9.30pm after being there since 6am, we finally departed with the Beer safely in the fermenting vessel. Lots of hiccups and tired limbs, but all worth while. Below are a few pics showing how we got on. Special thanks to Hugh, Harry,s mate from Heriot Watt, who took time out to come and help with the first brew, and got wet at the same time.

Below is the very first cask filled and the very first cask tapped with a golden glass of LFB to taste…… Makes it all worthwhile….
